Thanks very much to all who participated, presented, performed and attended our Global PechaKucha for Haiti event on Saturday, February 20. We raised over $1500 for Architecture For Humanity's Haiti Earthquake Rebuild effort - more than most cities taking part in the global event!!

More importantly, you may still donate to the cause. As mentioned above, San Diego was one of the most financially successful events on the globe. Let's continue to show our support for Haiti. As our insightful emcee mentioned at the event, just because Tiger Woods has spoken and other newsworthy (or not) items have pushed Haiti off the front page, doesn't make the situation there any less grave.
